Quiet yet central to London activities we'd planned.
4 for facilities as the basin was cracked!
4 for staff - all were excellent except the receptionist on arrival, who chose to make a phone call dealing with 'a tomorrow's issue', when she had ourselves and another customer waiting.
Top Tip
London theatres, central shopping areas, and the British Museum all within easy walking distance. A good choice of relaxed dining.

I have just one minor complaint. The bathroom lighting was totally inadequate for applying make-up. A lighted make-up mirror would be a wonderful addition.
There was a problem in the kitchen and it had to close for the last two days of our visit. However, the hotel went to great lengths to provide the normal continental breakfast. We appreciated their efforts. The hotel was very close to the British Museum and quite convenient for West End theaters as well.

Dining ambiance was excellent
Top Tip
The local Garfunkles was good value for money shopping on Oxford street excellent as usual. Travel on the buses was much improved most drivers very helpful.
