The only problem we experienced at the hotel was that the room safe wouldn't open. The overnight manager couldn't open it either and we had to wait for the maintenance man, the following morning, with his special key. Potentialy, could have been a significant problem.

Top Tip
Very handy for short stroll to Buckingham Palace. Adjacent to Victoria station.

Overall our experience at this hotel was good. However, there were a few things needing attention :- 1. In house telephone buttons did not work. 2. No welcome pack in room explain the services the hotel provided or the location of the various restaurants, bars. 3. It would have been a help to have some information on how the appliances in the room worked. We felt that the hotel compared favourably with other London hotels although breakfast was poor.

Shame there was no gym. Breakfast was poor and expensive at £20.00. Good location for things to see and good food near by

staff are just soooooooooooo helpful. They couldn't do enough. We had a great deal and a really big room. Perfect.

Very near Buck Palace. Lovely places to eat nearby...just head down the side roads.

When we arrived we were informed our booking had been cancelled and asked to take a seat, a member of staff then informed us we had been relocated to the Westminster. This was a bit of a shock, the replacement was fine but not as nice as the Grosvenor which we had booked

Although the hotel was as a whole very good, I was disappointed with the size of the room particularly after paying extra for an upgrade. I shudder to thaink how big the standard double room would have been.
